Teads Ad Manager supports Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. This feature enables your users to access the application using their existing company credentials, streamlining the login process and enhancing overall security.
To begin the SSO integration process, contact your dedicated Customer Experience (CX) representative. They will guide you through the necessary steps and work with our technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.
Supported SSO protocol
TAM supports the SAML 2.0 (Security Assesrtion Markup Language) protocol, a widely adopted standard for SSO. This ensures seamless integration with your company's Identity Provider (IdP).
Note: Only SP-Initiated flow is currently supported.
Timeframe for integration
The typical timeframe for completing the SSO integration process is 1 to 2 weeks. However, this may vary based on the complexity of your company's SSO setup and the speed with which the necessary information is provided to us.
User access management
Once SSO is integrated, your company will fully manage all user access and authentication. This means that your IT department will be responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning users, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to TAM.
