CTV creatives specifications
Teads CTV offering is currently available under Branding campaign objective.
The best recommended elements for a CTV creative are as follows:
Landscape Video only
MP4 file
Must be a HD video file
When using 3rd party VAST tags, the following conditions are mandatory:
The media file within the 3rd party VAST tag needs to fulfil the above conditions, and needs to be the only media file within the VAST XML tree.
The VAST tag should not contain any VPAID.
Make sure to include a redirect URL at the creative level, even if there is already a QR code or a third-party VAST tag containing the actual redirect. This helps in the approval of the creative for Google Authorized Buyers (GAB) inventory. Note that GAB creative approval typically takes approximately 6 hours to finalize. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the campaign does not launch immediately when targeting only GAB inventory.
What ad lengths are supported on CTV Video?
The recommended video duration is 15 or 30 seconds. For videos longer than 60 seconds, reach out to your Teads customer support.
