Introduction to Teads Customer Support

Teads Intercom serves as a Conversational Relationship Platform. It provides insights on users of Teads Ad Manager and facilitates personalized communication through targeted content, behavior-driven messages, and conversational support.

By integrating Teads Intercom into Teads Ad Manager, clients can now engage in real-time communication with Teads Ad Manager experts. Within the Teads Ad Manager UI, clients have the capability to do the following without having to navigate away from the platform:

  • ask questions

  • provide feedback on the user interface (UI)

  • rate their satisfaction with the conversation, and

  • receive collateral

Navigating Teads Customer Support

You can find Teads Intercom via the blue icon on the bottom right of your screen:

From the Home tab, you will be able to:

  • Send us a message

  • Search for articles

Within the Help tab, you can explore categorized collections that enable you to preview various topics and easily find the relevant information you are seeking. Additionally, you can utilize the search bar at the top to find specific information that you require.

In the Messages tab, you will find an inbox containing the history of your past conversations with us. You can also initiate a new message here.

Within the News tab, you can stay informed and up-to-date with the latest releases and features from our platform.

You can access all our articles in Teads Help Center. Here, you will be able to search for articles or read articles that are grouped into various collections:
