Generate Screenshots in TAM

This guide outlines how to use the Screenshot Tool in Teads Ads Manager.

About Screenshots

Teads Ads Manager allows you to generate high-quality screenshots of your live creatives. These screenshots are captured on real publishers where the creative was delivered.

How to Generate Screenshots in TAM

Follow the steps below to generate screenshots for your campaign:

  1. Log into TAM

    1. Access a TAM seat and select an active campaign from the Campaign homepage.

  2. Access the Screenshot Tool

    1. From the Campaign Dashboard, click on the [Generate Screenshots] button located at the top right corner.

  3. Select your Creative

    1. A list of creatives from the selected campaign will appear, excluding CTV creatives and those without any delivery.

    2. Details displayed include the creative name, creative ID, and creative format family.

  4. Select a Device

    1. Choose between Desktop, iOS Mobile or Android Mobile.

    2. If you need screenshots for multiple devices, repeat the process for each device.

    3. Note: Screenshot size and ratio differ between iOS and Android Mobile.

  5. Select a URL

    1. Choose from the top 50 URLs where the creative was delivered (up to 10 URLs per domain).

  6. Generate the screenshot

    1. Click on the [Generate] button located on the left to generate a screenshot for the creative.

    2. The button will display [Generating] while in progress. Screenshots typically take 5-10 minutes to complete.

    3. You may leave the page; the process will continue in the background.

  7. Download the screenshot

    1. Once completed, click the [Download] button to retrieve your screenshot.

Adding multiple Screenshots

If you wish to generate additional screenshots for the same Creative, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 3 dots button on the left

  2. Select [Add Screenshot]

  3. Provide the screenshot information as described in the steps above.

  4. If a screenshot is still generating, you can remove it by clicking the [Delete] button.
