Previously, reports were tied to individual users, which meant teammates couldn’t easily share or build on each other’s work. With this update, all users within the same Seat can now view, run, and duplicate reports created by others — improving visibility and saving time.
Benefits
Enhanced collaboration – Work together on reporting setups, avoid duplication, and iterate faster.
Template consistency – Align on standardized report templates, especially useful for agencies managing multiple clients.
Limitations to Keep in Mind
Editing – Reports created by others cannot be directly edited. To make changes, you’ll need to duplicate the report.
Downloading – Reports generated by others cannot be downloaded directly. You must first run the report yourself, then download the results.
Advertiser access controls – If you have restricted advertiser permissions, you can still view and run shared reports, but you won’t see data for advertisers you don’t have access to.
How to Access Reports from Your Team
Go to the Reports tab in TAM. By default, you’ll see only your own reports.
Toggle on “Include all team member reports” to view reports created by others in your Seat.
From there, you can:
View the report settings.
Run & Download / Run & Email the report (results depend on your advertiser access), or
Duplicate the report if you’d like to adjust filters or settings.
