How can I request support from Teads? (intercom, help center, request support)

When you are on the campaign setup page you can find multiple ways to find support and information. In the request support button, located at the bottom of the page, you will have the possibility to choose what support fits best your need.

You can ask for advice through direct chat with our expert or raise a request.

How can I request support?

If you are running a live campaign, you can request support through our request support feature button at the bottom of your campaign setup. You must detail your demand with text that best describes your needs, with at least 100 characters.

Once sent, you don’t need to do anything else, changes will be handled by Teads and automatically applied to your campaign.

I need to clarify my request, how can I reach Teads?

If you need to provide further details or want to add information on your request that is in progress, you can live chat with our expert, or your request if it is still in pending state.

Can I modify a request once sent?

You can only edit or delete your request in a pending state. However, once your request is treated/in progress by Teads, you can’t modify it anymore.

What can I do if I am not happy with the changes applied to my campaign?

If you are not satisfied with the answer provided by our expert, you can either reopen the request, or reach out to us via our live chat.

Where can I find all the request I have raised on my seat?

The request hub is located at the top right of the panel, when you Request support.

Below you have a screen of the request hub where you can find all the request opened.

What are the possible states of a request?

Once you have created a new request, it will be in a "Pending" state. You can still edit or delete this request at this stage.

As soon as Teads is treating your request it will switch to "In progress" state

When Teads start reviewing your request and applying changes, the request will have the "To review" state

Finally, once acknowledged, your campaign will have the "Resolved" state
